DS18B20 Digital Temperature Sensor, waterproof

The DS18B20 is a 1-wire digital temperature sensor with an precision of ± 0.5°C and an integrated 12 bit ADC resolution. The communication between microcontroller and this sensor is done by Dallas' 1-Wire protocol. The sensor can be used with voltages between 3 V and 5 V.

The sensor is already wired in a waterproof stainless steel casing. Although the temperature range of the sensor goes from -55 to 125°C we recommend to stay below 100°C to protect the cable. The cable is ca. 90 cm long.

The pinout of the three wires are:

• Red: 3 - 5 V
• Black: GND
• Yellow: Data
