Water Solenoid Valve for 1/2" Outlets

Control the water flow using this electromagnetic inlet valve and build your own gardening solution. The valve is normally closed, is rated for 12 V and has a typical current draw of  around 300 mA. You can drive this solenoid using e.g. your Arduino board or Raspberry Pi and our MOSFET Breakout. This module has an 1/2" thread on both ends.

Please make sure that the water temperature doesn't exceed 55˚C and that the water pressure is at least 20 kPa or 0.2 bar. Normally, taps have a pressure of at least 1 bar.
