The ISP Adapter has a 10-pin connector on one and a 6-pin connector on the other side. It suits many programmers like USBasp and converts the 10-pin standard to the 6-pin Atmel AVR Standard. Perfect for Arduino boards: Plug the 6-pin connector into the ISP header of your Arduino and the other end to your USBasp and you're ready to burn the bootloader or to use the full flash memory of your microcontroller.
